What's the Offer: Six (6) lawyers ONLY will receive the benefit of my services, and only pay me for what they believe those services were worth to them. For the services detailed below, my fee usually falls in the $1200 to $1500 range.
After completion of our joint effort, I will invoice you for the full fee for my services within the range indicated, BUT each lawyer will determine how much of the invoice he or she will pay. In other words, full satisfaction is guaranteed or you pay nothing or only what you believe the value to have been.

SERVICES COVERED:
Consulting Services leading to a winning Action Plan to improve your practice:
Step One: Initial Telephone Consultation to gain insight into your legal practice and your goals and objectives. (generally 30-45 minutes)
Step Two: You fill out a questionnaire which will provide me with the information to be able to evaluate your current practice areas, your goals, current client base (in a generic sense to protect your proprietary info; e.g., manufacturing company, auto dealership, computer retailer, etc.), current marketing activity, your background, contacts, and any other information (e.g., a resume, etc.) that will help give me a better idea of your background.
Step Three: A second telephone consultation to discuss questionnaire input and clarify planning goals and objectives. Also, we'll discuss the marketing planning form and process.
Step Four: You will be sent a Marketing Plan Form and will be asked to fill it out as best you can in light of earlier discussions and my suggestions.
Step Five: After reviewing your input to the Marketing Planning Form, and following an additional telephone consultation, I will personally finalize the plan and forward it to you for implementation.
Step Six: A FREE telephone consultation on any aspect of the plan during the 30-day period following finalization of plan and payment of invoice.
** CAVEAT: I reserve the right to terminate my services at any time, if a lawyer does not respond to the process (specifically in completing the questionnaire, or providing input to the action plan) within a reasonable period of time. In that event, of course, you will not be invoiced.The process requires the lawyer's commitment to do his or her part, and should be completed within approximately a month.
If you are not committed to implementing what WE develop after my coaching and OUR planning, then don't submit your name. Also, if you are not a believer in the need for "planning," please do not submit your name. It will be a waste of my time and yours - in which case you are not going to want to pay for my services. Further, if you don't complete the process and put the plan into action, you will hurt my reputation and that will not make me a happy camper. Your success is my guarantee of success. Thank you.
